The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing released the China Logistics Business Activity Index for December 2025 today (the 7th). Looking at the data for the full year, the average business activity index for all four quarters showed a steady recovery, with the December index reaching its highest level in 2025, indicating continued robust demand for logistics services in the real economy. The China Logistics Business Activity Index for December 2025 stood at 52.4%, up 1.5 percentage points from the previous month. Among the key indicators, the business volume index, equipment utilization index, new orders index, capital turnover rate index, and employment index all remained in the expansionary range and continued to rise month-on-month.
