On January 7 local time, the government-controlled Saba News Agency reported that Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council issued a presidential decree revoking the membership of Southern Transitional Council leader Zubaydi from the Presidential Leadership Council on grounds of alleged treason, and decided to refer the case to the public prosecutor’s office for further action.
