Eight government departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, have issued the "Implementation Guidelines for the 'AI+Manufacturing' Special Action," which calls for strengthening the supply of AI computing power. The guidelines aim to promote the coordinated development of software and hardware for smart chips and support breakthroughs in key core technologies such as high-end training chips, edge inference chips, AI servers, high-speed interconnects, and intelligent computing cloud operating systems. The plan calls for the orderly advancement of high-level intelligent computing infrastructure deployment, accelerating the construction of computing power interconnection platforms and the national integrated computing power network monitoring and dispatch platform. It also calls for the launch of pilot projects for intelligent computing cloud services, the promotion of the deployment of large-model all-in-one systems, edge computing servers, and industrial cloud computing power, and the enhancement of intelligent computing resource supply capabilities.
