He stated that on January 13, he first received an email from his account manager indicating that the matter might be reevaluated; subsequently, on January 14, he formally received a legal notice from X and responded on the same day; On January 15, he learned of the content posted by Nikita at the same time as the public. Yu Hu noted that Kaito had previously received legal notices from X and resolved them appropriately. Therefore, given the tight timeline in this instance, it was a reasonable decision to await further clarification and communication before making any unilateral public statements. He also confirmed that Yaps has now been shut down, but this adjustment will not affect Kaito Launchpad, Kaito Pro, Kaito API, or the upcoming Kaito Markets. Furthermore, Yu Hu indicated that Kaito plans to drive cross-platform expansion through Kaito Studio in 2026, covering channels such as TikTok and YouTube, while exploring business directions beyond the cryptocurrency sector. He revealed that Kaito Studio has been in preparation for several months and will serve as a new model to complement Yaps; further roadmap details will be announced in the future.
