Two Indian-flagged oil tankers permitted to transit the Strait of Hormuz
Svmuu News: Following diplomatic communication initiated by Iran after India sought to ensure the safe passage of crude oil and natural gas shipments through this critical waterway, Indian-flagged oil tankers have been allowed to transit the Strait of Hormuz. Informed sources stated that the Indian-flagged tankers "Pushpak" and "Parimal" have safely passed through the strait. Meanwhile, vessels associated with the United States, Europe, and Israel continue to face restrictions amid the ongoing regional conflict. The safe passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz was a key topic discussed during a phone call between Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on Tuesday evening. This marks the third conversation between the two sides since the outbreak of the Iran conflict. (CNN)
