Iran's First Vice President: to negotiate over Strait of Hormuz, you must promise not to invade Iran
According to the Wall Street Journal, Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Arif said that if Iran's "aggressors" want to negotiate over the Strait of Hormuz, they will have to promise not to invade Iran and recognize Iran's international rights.
