U.S. Destroyer Turns Back from Strait of Hormuz Following Iranian Warning
Svmuu News On the 11th local time, Iran stated that it had monitored a U.S. destroyer departing from the Port of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates and heading towards the Strait of Hormuz. After closely monitoring its movements, the Iranian armed forces immediately notified the Iranian delegation, which was in negotiations in Pakistan. The delegation then conveyed its position to the U.S. side through Pakistani mediators and issued a clear warning to the destroyer: if it continued to approach the Strait of Hormuz, it would be attacked within 30 minutes, and the negotiations would also be affected. Under the resolute response of the Iranian armed forces and the timely warning from the negotiation team, the U.S. side ultimately ordered the destroyer to halt its advance and turn back. (CCTV News)
