This included providing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack tools (such as Fluxstress, Neldowner), assisting global clients in launching cyberattacks and collecting payments. Related ransom payments involved cryptocurrencies and other digital assets, constituting transnational cybercriminal activities.
