Svmuu讯 在暂停英国 Stargate 项目后，OpenAI 宣布已放弃直接租用挪威 Narvik“Stargate Norway”数据中心算力的计划，该项目原由英国 AI 云服务初创公司 Nscale 建设，规划容量达 230MW。知情人士称，OpenAI 曾考虑租用该设施约一半算力，但最终未与 Nscale 达成协议，相关算力现由微软接手。OpenAI 表示，正与微软协商通过其云服务获取挪威算力资源，此举在财务上更符合其既有支出安排。（CNBC）
