Memory Shortage Causes Delay in Two New Mac Models
Svmuu News According to Jinshi, affected by a memory shortage across the entire industry, the launch of two new Mac models has been delayed. The new Mac Studio (featuring M5 Max/Ultra chips) has been postponed to October, while the first OLED touchscreen MacBook Pro (with M6 chip) is now scheduled for late 2026 to early 2027. This delay is solely due to supply chain bottlenecks and is unrelated to product development progress.
