Svmuu reports that cross-chain infrastructure platform Squid has completed a $6 million strategic funding round to launch a new consumer-focused product. This round was led by North Island Ventures, with participation from Ripple, Dialectic, and Borderless.
Additionally, angel investors including Axelar co-founder and former director Georgios Vlachos, Enso Finance founder Connor Howe, and Constructive founder Dan Lynch also participated in this round.
This new funding brings Squid's total fundraising to $13.5 million. The company previously completed a $3.5 million seed round in 2023 and a $4 million strategic round in 2024. (theblock)
