The market expects the April PCE year-over-year increase to be 3.8%, compared to the previous value of 3.5%; the core PCE year-over-year rate is expected at 3.3%. According to the CME "FedWatch" tool, the market expects interest rates to remain unchanged in June, with the probability of a rate hike increasing before the end of the year. Goldman Sachs predicts that core PCE will remain around 3% in 2026, with the overall inflation rate falling below 4% this year.
