Svmuu News: According to a regulatory filing and people familiar with the matter, the total underwriting fees for SpaceX’s initial public offering amount to approximately $500 million, representing about 0.7% of the $75 billion raised.Lead underwritersGoldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley will take the lion’s share, with the two firms collectively receiving 40% of the fees—about $100 million each.Bank of America, Citigroup, andJPMorgan Chaseare each expected to receive about $75 million, while several other banks are expected to receive about $10 million or less each.
