MANTRA will be acquired in its entirety by strategic investor Inveniam Capital Partners; the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.
Svmuu News: MANTRA has announced that it will be acquired in its entirety by strategic investor Inveniam Capital Partners; the transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. MANTRA’s core business is a public blockchain for the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). It holds a VASP license issued by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, enabling it to operate a digital asset exchange and provide services such as brokerage, proprietary trading, and investment. The two parties previously collaborated to develop the Layer 2 network NVNM Chain, which is used to register the identities of autonomous AI agents in compliance scenarios, define their permissions, and record on-chain evidence that can be independently verified by regulators and counterparties.
