Bybit Responds to Being Added to Singapore’s MAS Investor Alert List: Currently Communicating with Regulators to Clarify the Matter
Svmuu News: Cryptocurrency trading platform Bybit stated that it has taken note of its inclusion on the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Investor Alert List and is actively communicating with the MAS to better understand the basis for this listing. Bybit stated that the company has maintained open and constructive communication with the MAS and has consistently taken measures to prevent Singaporean users from accessing its platform, including explicit restrictions in its Terms of Service and geo-blocking of Singaporean IP addresses. It currently does not provide services to Singaporean users and indicated that it will continue to cooperate with regulatory authorities worldwide.
