Svmuu News: On the 19th local time, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Sayyed Khatibzadeh stated in an interview that the United States must ensure Israel complies with the terms of the memorandum of understanding reached between the U.S. and Iran. Khatibzadeh said that Iran is prepared to continue advancing the diplomatic process, adding, “If the other side demonstrates the same level of seriousness, we are also prepared to move forward step by step.” Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Khatibzadeh stated that Iran will continue to provide navigation services in coordination with Oman and in accordance with international law. During the 60-day period stipulated in the memorandum of understanding, Iran will not charge transit fees, but thereafter it will introduce a new channel management mechanism and submit it to regional countries. Khatibzadeh also stated that any future agreement must include the unfreezing of all Iranian frozen funds. (CCTV News)
