Zhao Chongjiu, Director of the State Post Bureau, stated at the 2026 National Postal Work Conference that the postal industry will continue to maintain a steady upward trend in 2026. It is projected that the industry’s total delivery volume will reach 230 billion items, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 6%; of this, express delivery volume is expected to reach 214 billion items, up by about 8% year-on-year.
