On January 1, 2026, the new Basic Medical Insurance Drug List and the Commercial Insurance Innovative Drug List officially took effect. The new Basic Medical Insurance Drug List includes 114 newly added drugs, while the Commercial Insurance Innovative Drug List includes 19 drugs. From January 1 to January 6, 2026, many insured individuals have already purchased the newly added drugs from these medical institutions. For example, sales records for telbropod injection have been recorded at 1,433 medical institutions, and sales records for inxulan sodium injection have been recorded at 400 medical institutions.
