Paul Chan: Hong Kong's economic growth is projected to be between 2.5% and 3.5% this year
Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, delivered the government’s budget for the 2026–2027 fiscal year to the Legislative Council today (the 25th). He projected that Hong Kong’s economic growth this year would range from 2.5% to 3.5%. The underlying inflation rate is expected to average 2% annually. (Greater Bay Area Voice)
