Paul Chan: Has asked the HKEX to review relevant listing regulations to facilitate and attract more aerospace companies to list in Hong Kong
On February 25, Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, delivered the 2026–2027 Budget to the Legislative Council.Paul Chan stated that Hong Kong can assist the Mainland’s aerospace industry in connecting with global markets and provide professional services in areas such as research and development, financing, risk management, and legal affairs. The Investment Promotion Agency will take the lead in identifying suitable aerospace enterprises to establish operations in Hong Kong. In addition, the HKEX has been asked to review relevant listing requirements to facilitate and attract more aerospace enterprises to list in Hong Kong.
