Invesco Great Wall Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced that the secondary market trading price of its Invesco Great Wall Nasdaq Technology Market-Cap-Weighted Exchange-Traded Index Securities Investment Fund (QDII) (ticker symbol: Nasdaq Composite Technology ETF Invesco, trading code: 159509) is significantly higher than the fund’s reference net asset value, resulting in a substantial premium.To protect the interests of investors, trading in this fund will be suspended from the market open on February 26, 2026, until 10:30 a.m. on the same day. Trading will resume at 10:30 a.m. on February 26, 2026. During the suspension period, subscription and redemption services for this fund will continue as usual.
