The goal is to build a global, distributed funds settlement infrastructure within a regulated payments ecosystem to support embedded financial services, including post-settlement solutions such as Pay Now, Settle Later (PNSL),while also supporting the native integration of U.S. dollar cash flows to expand the circulation of U.S. dollar cash in a scalable, compliant manner that aligns with the practical operations of cross-border payments.
