This product integrates the x402 protocol with blockchain programmable settlement mechanisms, enabling AI Agents to automatically complete fee settlements for API calls, data services, transaction execution, and more without human intervention, truly bridging the fully automated commercial workflow for AI from "transaction decision-making" to "autonomous payment."
In terms of technical architecture, Gate Pay for AI provides standard MCP interfaces and Skills modules, allowing integration with various AI Agent frameworks. Combined with Gate Wallet and on-chain infrastructure, it enables autonomous payment capabilities. The system currently supports networks such as Base, Ethereum, and Gate Chain, as well as stablecoins like USDC. Moving forward, the system will further expand to cover more blockchain networks and asset types, continuously advancing the application of AI Agents in digital commerce.
