Svmuu News: The cross-chain stablecoin USDT0 has announced its launch on Tempo, a payment-oriented Layer 1 blockchain. Developed jointly by Stripe and Paradigm, Tempo emphasizes predictable settlement, stable fees, and institutional-grade scalable infrastructure.This deployment marks the 23rd chain on which USDT0 has launched. It now covers the mainnets of Ethereum and major Layer 2 networks, and has expanded to emerging chains such as Monad and HyperLiquid, as well as Bitcoin extension networks like Corn and Rootstock, and USDT ecosystem chains such as Stable and Plasma. USDT0 is issued based on LayerZero’s On-Chain Homogeneous Token (OFT) standard, maintaining a 1:1 peg with USDT to ensure consistency across multiple chains and the efficient transfer of liquidity.
