Oil Prices Rise and Gold Falls Below $4610/oz After Iran Closes Communication Channels with the US
According to Gate data, after Iran closed communication channels with the US, the decline in spot gold further widened, having now fallen by nearly $40 and breaking below $4610 per ounce. WTI crude oil rose by $4 intraday, a gain of 3.64%. Both the Nasdaq and S&P 500 indices fell by over 1% intraday.
